We may collect various information including but not limited to personal and financial information if you seek to avail use of the Atulya app, tests on the Atulya app and any other content featured in the Mi Atulya app.

We collect, store and process your data for processing your performance in the tests as well as to analyze your performance and for providing any other service available in the Atulya app. We may collect and store your name, gender, email address, postal address, mobile number, payment details, payment card details, bank account details. We may also store your performance in the tests, your scores or any other results generated by the use of the Atulya app or any other personal information.

We need this information in order to allow you to resume the services given by Atulya that you have registered for. We may use that data to process the payment of the Services. We may also use the data for further communications regarding the Atulya app and its services.

We may pass on your name and address to a third party in order to deliver a part of the Atulya services.

We may share your data with Atulya experts. You further authorize these experts to use this data to evaluate your performance or for any other Atulya Services they might provide to you in relation to the Atulya app.

You must only submit your information which is true to the Atulya app and you must keep it up to date and inform us of changes.

You undertake to treat the personal access data confidentially and not make it available to unauthorized third parties. You undertake to protect the confidentiality of your passwords and we do not assume any liability for misuse of passwords unless this misuse is our direct fault.

Juspay SDK

Juspay SDK feature that may collect or share data – For making payment online

Data type SDK accesses and collects – Name, Email, mobile, Social account info

For each data type listed: Name, Email, mobile are required to complete the online payments. This data is shared to identify users payments.

App transmits the data to Juspay SDK for making payments online.

Data is collected to create and maintain account at payment service providers.

Juspay SDK does not share users dat to any third party.

How we use your information

These entities and affiliates may share such information with their affiliates, business partners and other third parties for the purpose of conducting the required checks, namely for the purpose of credit underwriting, providing you their products and services and may market to you as a result of such sharing unless you explicitly opt-out.

This disclosure may be required for us to provide you access to our products and services; for fulfillment of your services; for enhancing your experience; for providing feedback on services; to collect payments from you; to comply with our legal obligations; to conduct market research or surveys; to enforce our Terms of Use; to facilitate our marketing and advertising activities; to analyze data; for customer service assistance; to prevent, detect, mitigate, and investigate fraudulent or illegal activities related to our product and services. Mi atulya shares the users social account information to Juspay SDK for payment purpose only.

We may also pass your data to our agents and the consultants, provision of Mi Atulya Services to you or any of our uses of your data said in our Privacy Policy The Mi Atulya app may contain advertising of third parties and links to other sites or frames of other sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties or other sites, nor for any third party to whom we transfer your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Contests/Tests-

For any contests/Tests or events we conduct, we may use the data to notify winners and advertise our offers/Schemes. You can find more details where applicable in our participation terms for the respective competition.

Consent-

By submitting data to us or using the Compete Key app, you consent to our use of your data in the manner said in this Privacy Policy.

TERMS FOR USING THE COMPETE KEY APP-

Welcome to Compete Key. Compete Key is an android application introduced by Tallis Soft-Tech LLP to enable students and the people trying for government jobs for the practice of the relevant competitive examinations. It is the aim of Compete Key to make the practice material available that may enable to prepare for competitive exams for government related jobs.

By downloading and/or using the Compete Key app, the user (You) signify your assent to the Terms and Conditions stated herein which govern your use of the Compete Key app. If the user does not agree with any of the Terms or Conditions below, he or she is prohibited from downloading or using the Compete Key app. Tallis Soft-Tech LLP shall not be liable for unintended use of the Compete Key app by the user. Any reference to Compete Key shall also include a reference to Tallis Soft Tech LLP, unless intended otherwise.

Compete Key is the sole property of Tallis Soft-Tech LLP. Tallis Soft-Tech LLP reserves the right, in its sole discretion to change, modify, add, or remove any terms, conditions or portions from this Terms and Conditions of the use at any time. Nature of the Compete Key app – Compete Key is an application that can be used by students or people trying for government jobs for study, practicing to solve tests and questions in accordance to the pattern of examinations which are specified in the Compete Key app. It shall not in any way construed to be a comprehensive preparatory application for preparation of any examination, selection, test or interview. The App is not a substitute to any kind of instructions or preparatory services for these exams including but not limited to coaching classes, professional guidance, books, guides or any other assistance in this field.

2.Intellectual Property – Compete Key owns the rights of intellectual property to all the materials or data published in this app, including but not limited to copyright to the name Compete Key, copyright to all the questions, answers, solutions,Notes,Audios and Videos provided in the App.

Cancellations-

As a general rule, payment made on Compete Key app is final and you shall not be entitled to cancel your order once you have received confirmation of the same.
We reserve the sole right to cancel your order in case the user tries to take advantage of the system which is outside the standard terms of use.

Refunds-

You shall be entitled to a refund only if Compete Key is unable to deliver the mentioned services in an adequate manner.
All refunds will be processed on registration basis, depending on the service already delivered by Compete Key.
Refunds will be done directly to the original payment mode within 15days of settlement or finalization of the claim.
